We clean windows & screens using our advanced RO-DI machines and screen cleaning equipment. Our top-of-the-industry gear takes your home's standard tap water and drops the DPI from the NJ average of 220 to 0! We remove all the minerals from the water and get it to a super pure 9.5 pH. This ensures that when we use our water-fed poles to brush down your sills, tracks, frames, and, most importantly, your windows, we will leave a spot-free finish! As an added benefitit provides us the ability to not need to use any chemicals or products to give your windows our signature sparkling finish. For the screens, we run them all individually through our custom-built screen cleaner. the agressive yet delicate bristles on each side, paired with water jets blasting at the dirt buildup, guarantee a thorough yet gentle clean on your home's screens.

Yes! We are registered as an LLC and are insured.

At CC Home Services, we use a variety of different products to make your home's exterior sparkle! We prioritize customer satisfaction and make sure the product we are using will always align with the customer's wants. Our standard treatment for homes is a 1% sodium hypochlorite treatment to help get rid of that pesky mold, algae, and dirt using Dawn Soap as our surfactent. At customer's request, we also use just the soap or even just the water!

Job lengths can vary dramatically on an assortment of factors. It can be assumed that no one service should take in excess of 4 hours to complete, with most ranging from 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours. Some things that may affect this range from house size, dirt and grime severity, equipment malfunction, amount of workers, and a variety of other factors.

No! You do not have to be at home for when any of our services are being provided. Although it is helpful in case any questions or issues need to be brought up to the homeowner, these situations are rare and do not pose much of an issue at all. We do require payment once a job is complete, so being on-site can help with the ease of this process.
