Issuing write-ups is a permission
Your account doesn't have the Issue write-ups permission. The owner can turn it on for you in Management → Accounts.
Managing accounts is a permission
Your account doesn't have the Manage accounts permission. The owner can turn it on for you.
How access works
- Add each person below. Technicians only ever see their own standing and write-ups; managers see what their permissions allow.
- Give them a login. Tap Edit, enter their phone number and a 6-digit PIN, then text them the PIN. They sign in at commandclean.com/team.
- Turn on permissions for each manager. Only accounts with Issue write-ups can make, sign off, or void write-ups. As the owner you always have every permission.
